Can I combine multiple items to save on postage?
Yes, we are pleased to offer combine shipping to save you on postage for multiple items purchased under one single invoice. Please select and add the items you want to your shopping bag then proceed checkout at once. Our automatic postage calculation system will calculate a combined postage and handling charge for you based on quantity of items, shipping weight and destination. Please click

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer you a merchandise credit for the item's price (excluding shipping & handling fee) if you return it back to us in the same packaging and condition (untagged, unworn, unwashed & undamaged) within 7 days of receiving it. Credit is valid for 30 days from the date a credit issued, and is redeemable once only for goods on princesscharm.com.au. Any unused credit after redemption will be forfeited immediately, and any additional price and fees after redemption is payable by you. All postage and handling costs occurred in returning items are at customer’s expense. We strongly suggest you to post items back to us via registered mail. Princess Charm does not take responsibility for items not received.

What can I do if I receive a faulty item?
Please email us straight away after you receive your order. We accept faulty items to be returned for inspection by our quality assurance personnel. If an item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric, Princess Charm will replace free of additional shipping and handling charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
